In more recent years, as he concentrates almost exclusively in Florida, especially Florida real estate, Samuel Oshana has had great success in several business areas in both New York and Florida.. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated an excellent ability to start up a new company and transform it into a highly successful business establishment. One of his best examples he can point to came with his role in the startup of merchant payment processor Apex Data Systems, which he founded even as he was still working with First Data Corporation. He grew Apex into a powerhouse and sold it sometime later for an excellent return on investment.
Throughout his career, Samuel Oshana has worked with some of the largest and most prominent investment houses in the country, including such prominent names as Heartland Securities and JP Morgan. He managed to obtain series 7, 63 and 55 licenses, which meant he could sell all types of securities and also engage in equity trading, as well. Over that period, he learned the value of investment and how best to maximize investment returns.
Samuel Oshana continues that tradition these days, as he uses others’ real estate as collateral to loan large amounts of capital to individuals and small companies. That real estate has allowed Sam to expand the scope of his business and his investment portfolio. In fact, he recently obtained a Florida real estate brokerage license, which has expanded his ability to widen his reach with investments in Florida commercial and residential real estate, primarily in Dade and Broward Counties. He purchases abandoned properties at a low price, fixes them up and sells them for a significant profit.
